With the winter holidays approaching, and thus concluding an important part of the Academic year, we would like to thank and congratulate all of our committee members, who put a lot of effort into organising the wonderful events we held in the last few months!

The Academic and Political Committee prepared an amazing night, where we analysed a classic Horror movie and found sociological nuances!

The Other Perspective!

Our Study Coordinator Khushi, in collaboration with Kwakiutl, the study association of Anthropology and Development Sociology, and with the help of the Academic and Political Activities Committee, has organised The Other Perspective, where we held a discussion about the contemporary role of the holidays based on sociological and anthropological perspectives!

Weekly Borrels!

Throughout the month of November, we organised several weekly Borrels! We would like to thank everyone who showed up and made every Borrel so fun!

Study Borrel! – 8/12
As you probably know, due to the new restrictions against the corona virus, we have to hold our borrels earlier, but no worries…you can come study at Cafe Czaar with us!!

We will hold a study borrel where you can get coffee and do your work in the cozy cafe!

The event starts at 1pm, at Cafe Czaar (Czaar Peterstraat 281)

December Lunch! – 12/12
On December 12th, we will host the December Lunch, an event that happens every year, where you can talk to our professors while having a nice meal!

it will take place at Poesiat en Kater, and it includes drinks and two (vegetarian or vegan) courses!
The dress code is formal, and self test & qr code are mandatory for attendance!

The price of the lunch is: 16,50 euros
